OUR WORK
We work alongside a designer and architect and show the client what it’s going to take to make the build a reality. We put together the budget for the build, organize the subcontractors, ensure that decisions and timelines are met to keep forward progress on the jobsite, and that the work is to everyone’s standards. We can put the client in touch with different interior designers and vendors to source the ideal materials they seek to have in their home.
Cory and his wife moved to the Flathead Valley in 2005. Over the years, construction has become one of Cory’s greatest passions, aside from his family and spending time in the deep snow of the mountains. With dozens of custom homes constructed under Cory’s care and supervision, he has built a name synonymous with high end modern design and rustic appeal. Many of the clients are return clients who enjoyed the building process and continued to build more custom homes with Cory and his team of project managers. With every new home build comes excitement, challenges, and the opportunity to expand on what the 406 Builders’ team knows and practices.
